RETURNS
For any reason that you changed your mind and want to return your order, please notify us by email within 14days of receiving your order, to arrange your return.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day deadline may be declined.
Once we received your returns request, we will send you a return label with instructions for drop-off or collection
Returns cost will be deducted from order
Returns must be sent in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns without tags will not be accepted.(please see our return policy)
If your returns is due to our error or the goods was damaged, you not be charged for your return.
REFUNDS
Returns may take up to 14 days to arrive and be processed. If it’s been longer, contact Customer Service and include proof of return (for example, your drop-off slip).

Refund Timelines maybe vary based on the Payment Method you’ve used.
Pay Later: (Klarna, Clearpay) will update your balance automatically once your return is processed, including any payment instructions if a balance remains.
All refund updates will come directly from Klarna.
PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of your return being sent.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed. If you haven’t received confirmation by then, please contact Customer Service with proof of return (e.g. a drop-off receipt).
EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for un-used, undamaged items in their original packaging with tag attached. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team cs@hizzine.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once authorised, return the item securely wrapped. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the exchange is due to our error or a faulty product.
On receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send your replacement promptly. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or provide a refund. Special-order or personalised items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email cs@hizzine.com within 12hours of your order, we will do our best to accommodate this before your order is dispatched.
