We hope you love your blooms. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to refund you, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.

Please note:

• Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with any labels attached.

• Personalised or bespoke arrangements cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

To arrange a return or report a fault, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return instructions.
