GOODS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Every item purchased is sold subject to its product description. We strive to be as accurate and up to date as possible with the product descriptions and prices shown on our website. If an error is discovered and incorrect information was displayed when your order was placed, we’ll address the issue promptly and notify you. You will then be offered the choice to accept the corrected order or cancel it.
For orders that include pre‑order items, any in‑stock products will be dispatched immediately and pre‑order items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost to you.
We have made every effort to ensure our online images accurately represent product colours, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or photographic lighting. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
Please note our flowers are handmade, so sizes and colours may vary slightly. These small differences make each piece uniquely luxurious.

All orders are processed pending stock availability and credit card verification. Your receipt of order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order or confirmed a sale. We may accept, decline, or limit your order at any time after we receive it, for any reason, even if you’ve already been charged. If your order is cancelled or changed, we will immediately notify you and refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.
For customers outside of the EU, import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside our control.

PAYMENT
We accept major debit and credit cards, digital wallets, and fast checkout options. Depending on your location and eligibility, flexible payment options like Klarna and Clearpay may also be available.
Gift cards issued by Hizzine can be used as full or part payment at checkout.
Discount code cannot be used on sale items unless stated otherwise.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Hizzine we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
International payments are processed in British pounds. Payments made on debit/credit cards will be calculated as per exchange rate on the transaction date. Hizzine isn’t liable for any credit losses from currency conversion.
DELIVERY
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Your dispatch email will show the estimated delivery time. A signature may be required at delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels that are incorrectly addressed.
International DeliveryDelivery charges will vary depending on the service you select, the size and weight of your parcel. Customs charges may also be applied.
CANCELLING AND RETURNING ORDER
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not, you have 14 days to return, we'll email a return label and deduct the original shipping cost from your refund, unless you have received a damaged, or incorrect item.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email cs@hizzine.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with the return slip completed and included in the package.
Please keep your proof of return subject to parcel goes missing, we will need to see your proof of return (e.g return receipt) to process your refund.
Refunds will only be processed if the items were sent in their original condition including tag attached.
Returns can take up to 14 days, especially during busy periods. After this you can contact us if you have not recited your refund.

We want you to be truly delighted with our flowers. However, if you change your mind for any reason, please review our return policy below.
You have 14days from the date you received your order to return them.
To be eligible for a return, the flowers must be in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with tag attached
We’ll send a return label and instructions for drop-off or pickup.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, Please note returns can take up to 14 days to be processed. If it’s been longer, please contact our Customer Service team with proof of return (e.g. a drop-off slip).
You are responsible for your return, the cost cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged / Wrong items:
For damaged or wrong items, contact us immediately at cs@hizzine.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will arrange a return, replacement, refund, or gift voucher as needed.

By placing a wholesale order you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum order value is £400 and may be subject to change. Which will be updated on our website.
Pricing and availability: Wholesale prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Prices, availability and lead times are subject to change without prior notice. We endeavour to keep stock information current but cannot guarantee availability until an order is confirmed.
Orders and confirmation: Orders are confirmed once accepted. A confirmation email will be sent . Only the items and quantities on the confirmation invoice are guaranteed.
Payment terms: Payment, payment is due in full prior to dispatch.
Lead times and delivery: Lead times vary by product and order size.
Standard wholesale delivery is to UK mainland addresses; additional charges may apply for offshore or remote locations. Delivery dates are estimates; Hizzine Flower Shop is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Shipping and risk: Goods remain the property of Hizzine Flower Shop until paid in full. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or at the agreed delivery point.
Returns and faulty goods: Wholesale returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items and must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Custom or discontinued items are non-returnable unless faulty. We will repair, replace or credit faulty goods at our discretion.
Cancellations: Orders may not be cancelled once production or dispatch has commenced. Cancellation of confirmed orders may incur fees to cover costs and loss.
Minimum resale pricing and branding: Wholesale buyers must not misrepresent Hizzine Flower Shop’s products. Any use of our branding, images or product descriptions for resale must accurately reflect the product and follow any brand guidelines provided.
Intellectual property: All product designs, images and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Hizzine Flower Shop. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Confidentiality: Account holders must treat pricing, samples and trade terms as confidential and not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
